Demonstration – To ensure our clients have a thorough understanding of our products prior to purchase; we offer a full demonstration of our systems at a time and location convenient to you.
Site Survey – In order to provide you with a comprehensive proposal and quotation we recommend a site survey. This will enable us to examine the type and location of all of your doors and to gain an understanding of the operating system within your reception. This information will assist us in helping you to make an informed decision on the product that is right for your premises.
Guaranteed quotation – Once we have carried out a full site survey and investigated any bespoke requirements we will be happy to provide you with a comprehensive quotation including a full breakdown of all components. The prices quoted are valid for a period of 3 months.
Deposit – On acceptance of our quotation, the payment of a deposit will secure your order and we will commence the manufacturing of your locks.
Supply time scales – All of our locks are made to order and the average manufacturing timescale is 25 working days. Please note this may vary. We will endeavour to keep you informed of the progress of your order whenever possible.
Agreeing installation dates – Provisional dates can be given on payment of the deposit. This is subject to change depending on order volume, demand and general manufacturing delays. A date that is mutually agreeable will be confirmed prior to work commencing.
